Concierge Primary Care

No insurance!  No problem!  Concierge Primary Care is a perfect option for you, as well as anyone with insurance, but simply wants a backup plan when they can't get in to see their health care provider.

You will be provided with the direct cell phone number for the provider for direct messaging, phone calls or video if necessary.  This service is for non life-threatening conditions.  It is important to know that if you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, you need to call 911 or visit the emergency room.

As telemedicine has been around for quite some time, it is more prevalent since the start of the pandemic.  Telemedicine allows for remote treatment, either asynchronous (emails, direct messaging) or synchronous (live video).  If a prescription is warranted once the assessment is completed, it will be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice along with a coupon from GoodRx if available. If labs are necessary for diagnosis, then orders will be placed. If imaging (x-ray, ultrasound, etc.) is needed based on severity of symptoms, then an order will be placed for this as well. Cost of prescriptions, labs and/or imaging are not included in the monthly price of the telemedicine visit, therefore the above are the sole responsibility of the patient.
